Current Job Opportunities

POSITION PURPOSE: Purchasing, Maintain Inventory, Order Entry, Supply chain mgmt.

SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to: Manufacturing Manager
Subordinates: None

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Functions:

  1. Provides Component forecasts to suppliers
  2. Plans Production schedules and line ups
  3. Places purchase orders for all direct and indirect material
  4. Works with Sales on customer orders and scheduling
  5. Insures material availability for production team to meet customer delivery
  6. Manages inventory levels and accuracy
  7. Leads company efforts in selection and preference of supply base
  8. Manages inbound and outbound logistics activity
  9. Manages office activities – Reception and Administrative

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead by example the Genesis Way
  2. Deliver on commitments internally and externally within agreed upon time frame
  3. Be physically fit to safely lift and carry 25lbs
  4. Demonstrated ability to work with and through others to complete tasks in a quality and timely manner
  5. Effective use of Microsoft Office Suite Power User of Excel
  6. Must have some experience in purchasing and supply base activity
  7. Ability to learn and use new online and cloud-based programs as required to perform job
  8. Ability to backup & support manager as needed
  9. Must have strong organization skills, people skills, and communication skills
  10. Must be positive and self-motivated to thrive in small business environment

EDUCATION:

  1. Prefer 2 or 4 year college degree in Business or Supply Chain Mgmt.

EXPERIENCE:

  1. Prefer experience with inventory management systems and hardware
  2. Prefer experience or aptitude with information systems and database systems
  3. Prefer experience in manufacturing BOM and blueprint reading
  4. Prefer some exposure to quality processes
  5. Prefer strong in all Microsoft products – PowerPoint, etc.

KNOWLEDGE:

  1. Cleary understands generally well accepted business principles
  2. Ability to problem solve and work though complex issues

SKILLS:

  1. Self-starter able to work with team to develop “Best in Class” operation
  2. Highly effective positive communicator both written and spoken
  3. Ability to develop and foster teamwork.

POSITION PURPOSE: Production work and other varied roles

SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to: Manufacturing Manager
Subordinates: None

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Functions:

  1. Conducts all fabrication and assembly operations for producing elevators
  2. Organizes and manages all incoming material and inventory
  3. Provides all quality and final inspection reviews for final customer quality
  4. Provides packaging for kits and final product shipment
  5. Trains all back up and future new production employees
  6. Develops tools, methods, layouts, and process improvements
  7. Strives for top performance and continuous improvement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost of Revelation products

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead by example
  2. Deliver on commitments internally and externally within agreed upon time frame
  3. Be physically fit to safely lift and carry 50lbs
  4. Demonstrated ability to work with and through others to complete tasks in a quality and timely manner
  5. Effective use of Microsoft Office Suite
  6. Ability to learn and use new online and cloud-based programs as required to perform job
  7. Ability to backup & support manager as needed
  8. Must have strong organization skills, people skills, and communication skills
  9. Must be positive and self-motivated to thrive in small business environment
  10. Strong mechanical aptitude and skills
  11. Experience in blueprint reading, fabrication, and assembly
  12. Demonstrated skills or experience with mechanical and electrical products
  13. Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Education:

  1. Prefer Technical school education

EXPERIENCE:

  1. Experience in manufacturing environment
  2. Strong electrical and diagnostic skills
  3. Strong leadership qualities and team skills
  4. Prefer elevator product knowledge and industry experience
  5. Prefer demonstrated ability to learn

KNOWLEDGE:
