Job Opportunities
POSITION PURPOSE: Purchasing, Maintain Inventory, Order Entry, Supply chain mgmt.
SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to: Manufacturing Manager
Subordinates: None
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Functions:
- Provides Component forecasts to suppliers
- Plans Production schedules and line ups
- Places purchase orders for all direct and indirect material
- Works with Sales on customer orders and scheduling
- Insures material availability for production team to meet customer delivery
- Manages inventory levels and accuracy
- Leads company efforts in selection and preference of supply base
- Manages inbound and outbound logistics activity
- Manages office activities – Reception and Administrative
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead by example the Genesis Way
- Deliver on commitments internally and externally within agreed upon time frame
- Be physically fit to safely lift and carry 25lbs
- Demonstrated ability to work with and through others to complete tasks in a quality and timely manner
- Effective use of Microsoft Office Suite Power User of Excel
- Must have some experience in purchasing and supply base activity
- Ability to learn and use new online and cloud-based programs as required to perform job
- Ability to backup & support manager as needed
- Must have strong organization skills, people skills, and communication skills
- Must be positive and self-motivated to thrive in small business environment
EDUCATION:
- Prefer 2 or 4 year college degree in Business or Supply Chain Mgmt.
EXPERIENCE:
- Prefer experience with inventory management systems and hardware
- Prefer experience or aptitude with information systems and database systems
- Prefer experience in manufacturing BOM and blueprint reading
- Prefer some exposure to quality processes
- Prefer strong in all Microsoft products – PowerPoint, etc.
KNOWLEDGE:
- Cleary understands generally well accepted business principles

POSITION PURPOSE: Production work and other varied roles
SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to: Manufacturing Manager
Subordinates: None
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Revelation is seeking candidates for a Production Technician that have prior experience in the manufacturing industry, with a mechanical/electrical aptitude and preferably technical college education. Elevator product and mechanical knowledge is highly valued.
Essential Duties Include:
- Conducts all fabrication and assembly operations for producing elevators
- Organizes and manages all incoming material and inventory
- Provides all quality and final inspection reviews for final customer quality
- Provides packaging for kits and final product shipment
- Trains all back up and future new production employees
- Develops tools, methods, layouts, and process improvements
- Strives for top performance and continuous improvement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost of Revelation products
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

POSITION PURPOSE: Material Movement, Staging, Housekeeping/Utility Person
SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to: Operation Manager (GEC), Manufacturing Manager (RM)
Subordinates: None
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Duties Include:
- Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory
- Document product shipments by recording units received
- Stock and/or retrieve material from Racking locations
- Organizes and manages all incoming material and inventory
- Document materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units
- Strives for top performance and continuous improvement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost of Genesis & Revelation products
- Maintain assigned housekeeping area.
